William Nero - Programme Officer with the International Centre for Collective Action (ICCA) at the Basel Institute on Governance
William Nero is a Programme Officer with the International Centre for Collective Action (ICCA) at the Basel Institute on Governance. He is primarily engaged in work pertaining to the development of the ICCA/B20 Hub on Anti-Corruption Collective Action as well as other projects and initiatives.
Prior to joining the Basel Institute, William has held positions with the International Labour Organization in Geneva as a Research Officer and Consultant across several departments. In addition, he has worked with the International Relations and Security Network (ISN) in Zurich, Switzerland, and the Institute of International Finance in Washington, DC.
Will holds a master’s degree in International Affairs from the George Washington University in Washington, DC, specializing in international economic affairs and European affairs. He also has completed master’s studies in economics at the University of Neuchâtel, Switzerland, and bachelor’s studies in both International Business as well as History at the University of Maryland.
